My Story
Originally from the United Kingdom, I’ve had the privilege of working across a broad range of industries, from airlines and hospitality to government. My career in procurement has taken me around the world—from Melbourne to Miami, and from Manchester to Manila—allowing me to work with global multinationals and public sector entities alike.
Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to delivering value through strategic procurement, leading teams, and providing analysis and advisory services to drive informed decision-making. I am proud to be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, which reflects my commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.
In addition to my consulting work, I co-authored a book with Elliot Epstein, further sharing insights and strategies to enhance procurement practices. Now based in Melbourne as Consulting Director of PaulRogers.Pro, I focus on delivering practical, results-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of each client and foster effective stakeholder engagement. For me, procurement is about adaptability, learning, and creating sustainable practices that address the demands of today’s global landscape.
