Paul Rogers, FCIPS, builds systems that last — and the people who run them.
My Story
I’m originally from the United Kingdom. I’ve spent my career in procurement because that’s where things get real.
From airlines to hospitality, from government to global multinationals — I’ve worked across industries and continents, building systems that work and teams that last.
My work has taken me from Melbourne to Miami, from Manchester to Manila — working alongside leaders who don’t just want advice — they want things done properly.
I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. But titles don’t build capability — teaching does.
I had the privilege of teaching Strategic Procurement at Air New Zealand — and of working with people who took the discipline seriously enough to build careers from it.
That’s how I met Ralf.
I supported him when he took on procurement leadership for The Peninsula Hotels — helping him build the Procurement Academy, roll it out across the group, and embed capability where it counts: on the ground, in the field, where real work happens.
Today, I run PaulRogers.Pro — focused on procurement consulting, capability building, and strategic advisory. My approach is always the same:
→ Clarify what matters.
→ Build what lasts.
→ Teach people to run it without me.
That’s the work.
