My Story

I’ve spent my career building what most founders avoid:

I was raised between the UK and Germany—Irish-Trinidadian father, German mother.
That mix shaped how I listen, how I move, and how I build trust across borders.
And I built a career turning sales from chaos into clarity.

From coaching equity traders at Morgan Stanley to leading police training sales across the UK, I’ve worked where trust, pace, and performance matter.
I’ve held commercial leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East—PetroSkills, Worley, Algosaibi—building B2B strategies that stick.
And I run HyperGrowth, a consultancy that architects sales systems, generates leads, and delivers real prospecting for clients who don’t have time for fluff.
