From restaurants to retail to private banking — Lai Yin runs the core of Holedo and holds the space.
My Story
I was born in Hong Kong. I grew up working before I studied — working and earning while others played.
My family ran restaurants. I carried trays before I carried books.
I studied finance at Monash University in Australia — then built my career running teams, managing outlets, and advising clients.
I’ve led restaurants, fashion retail teams, and high-net-worth portfolios. I ran floors for brands like Prada and Gucci in Hong Kong. I ran sales at Harley-Davidson Hong Kong.
I took care of families in motion — surveying homes, shaping moves, closing care — with Crown Relocations.
I held VP roles at Sun Hung Kai Finance and UBS, advising clients with assets that required precision, clarity, and trust.
I’ve hired, trained, managed, and delivered.
The teams I led produced results. The awards in my drawers prove it.
From 2005 to 2015, I led leadership programs across Asia-Pacific with Landmark Worldwide — building people, aligning teams, and moving what was stuck.
I co-founded Holedo and funded it from day one.
I run the operational core: customer systems, back office, delivery.
I keep the CEO tuned (in).
Customer service is how I hold the space we work in.
I don’t work in theory. I work in outcomes.
I don’t chase credit. I hold the space.
What needs to run — I run. What needs to finish — I finish.
This is how I build. This is how I lead.
This is how I keep the house standing.
